Teletactica, a Ukrainian defense tech company specializing in jamming-resistant communication systems, has secured a $1.5 million investment from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures. MITS Capital is an investment group focused on Ukrainian defense innovation, and this funding round builds on Teletactica’s participation in the MITS Acceleration Program and a previous pre-seed round.
Teletactica creates modular communication hardware designed for environments with high electronic warfare activity and GPS denial. Its products, including video modems and antenna kits, are compact and energy-efficient, making them suitable for unmanned aerial and ground vehicles.
Moreover, Teletactica is a key participant in the Brave1 cluster, a platform established by the Ukrainian government to foster collaboration in the defense technology sector. MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures recognize Brave1’s vital role in enhancing community and expertise within the industry.
How the funding will be used: This funding will help scale its advanced tactical communication solutions for frontline use and support its expansion into European markets.
KEY QUOTES:
“MITS Capital’s relationship with Teletactica is strategic, and the company has passed all the steps of our process to date, which began with the Acceleration Program. We’ve watched the company exceed every technical and operational milestone since. We are proud to continue supporting Teletactica’s growth as they help define the future of battlefield communications.”
Perry Boyle, CEO & Founding Partner at MITS Capital
“Teletactica exemplifies the kind of company we look for: strong team, powerful product, and the potential to dominate a large and critical market segment. The core team pivoted from the private sector and had the experience, skill, and knowledge to identify the frontline EW challenges and respond with unique, flexible, problem-solving solutions that are now being used by multiple units in Ukraine.”
Justin Zeefe, General Partner at Green Flag Ventures
“We deliver battlefield-proven solutions where conventional systems fail. All companies’ devices are built for low-latency data streams and offer five times better price-to-performance compared to radios manufactured in the EU and the US. Products maintain packet loss rates as low as 1% to 5%, even under heavy jamming.”
Eugene Zhebko, co-founder and CEO of Teletactica
“We offer resilience under jamming, real-time responsiveness, and large-scale deployability, at a cost that enables rapid mass adoption.”
Anton Hetman, co-founder and CTO of Teletactica
