Tequity Advisors, a sell-side M&A advisory firm focused on B2B enterprise cloud, SaaS, and technology-enabled services companies, announced it has appointed Thomas Moewe as ServiceNow Leader and M&A Advisor.
Moewe brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling ServiceNow-native businesses. He co-founded multiple ServiceNow partner firms, including The Anti, now known as StridePath Consulting, and Servos. Both companies earned recognition within the ServiceNow ecosystem for their execution capabilities. He has worked across consulting, product innovation, and artificial intelligence, including developing one of the first AI-powered chatbots on the ServiceNow platform in 2017.
In his new role, Moewe will advise ServiceNow-focused services firms on positioning, growth strategy, and M&A readiness. He will provide guidance rooted in operator experience, including specialization strategy, AI-enabled delivery models, and valuation drivers.
Tequity Advisors has advised on eight ServiceNow ecosystem exits and completed more than 100 technology M&A transactions overall.
