Terance Takyi’s Background

Could you tell me more about your background? Takyi said:

“My journey in finance began at UNC Greensboro “when I met a representative from Inroads, a non-profit organization. This encounter led to internships at First Citizens Bank, which opened doors to offers from Wachovia and JP Morgan. I started my career on Wall Street in 2006 at JP Morgan and later worked at ING (now Voya Financial) and Goldman Sachs. In 2021, I made history as the first Black Managing Director in private wealth at First Republic Bank. After the bank’s collapse, I joined the current financial institution I’m in for its global reputation and resources. Alongside my finance career, I also perform as djTAO at high-profile events worldwide.”
