TeraWatt Technology: First Round Of Series C Closed To Invest In Mass Production Facility

TeraWatt Technology, based in California, has completed the first close of its Series C funding round, attracting existing investors such as Khosla Ventures and Temasek, as well as new participants including the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and G. K. Goh Ventures.

The funding will support capital investments in its mass production facility, enabling an increase in production capacity and enhancing its operational efficiency. Key investors in this round include G. K. Goh Ventures, JBIC, Khosla Ventures, and Temasek.
