Tesollo Begins IPO Process And Completes Series B Financing

Tesollo has started preparing for an initial public offering through South Korea’s technology-special listing process and appointed KB Securities as its lead underwriter.

The robotic hand developer appointed KB Securities in March and is targeting a public listing after 2027.

Tesollo also completed a Series B financing round, although the company did not disclose the amount raised.

Existing investors POSCO Technology Investment, KB Investment and Enlight Ventures participated in the round. New strategic investors included industrial companies Daesung Hi-Tech and HL Mando.

Tesollo develops multi-jointed robotic hands and grippers for industrial automation and humanoid robots through its Delto Gripper product line.

The company has commercialized robotic hands based on proprietary actuator technology and is developing grasping and manipulation-control algorithms to improve the ability of robots to perform complex physical tasks.

Tesollo is also incorporating artificial intelligence into its hand-manipulation technology.

The company’s products are being used across manufacturing, logistics and research applications. Tesollo expects demand for precise robotic manipulation to increase as the humanoid robotics market expands.

Tesollo has exported its products to 19 countries and is building its presence in major markets including the United States, China and Japan.

The company said international sales have recently exceeded domestic revenue, reflecting its transition toward a globally focused business.

Tesollo plans to use the IPO process to strengthen its corporate foundation, expand mass production capacity, accelerate core technology development and build greater trust among international customers.
