Tetra Tech announced it has acquired Halvik Corp, adding a provider of advisory consulting services focused on advanced data analytics, systems modernization, and cybersecurity for U.S. defense and civilian agencies.
The deal is aimed at broadening Tetra Tech’s digital and analytics offerings across federal customers, including defense branches and transportation, as agencies prioritize modernization, resilience, and secure operations. Tetra Tech said Halvik will join its Government Services Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Halvik is headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, and employs more than 600 professionals. The company supports federal missions by modernizing, securing, and sustaining mission-critical systems, processes, and data, and participates in government contract vehicles designed to expand its reach across agencies.
Based in Pasadena, California, Tetra Tech serves over 25,000 customers worldwide and employs over 25,000 people, providing consulting and engineering services across water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure.
