The FNA Group has acquired Allparts Equipment & Accessories (APEA), expanding its parts and accessories portfolio and strengthening its distribution reach across North America. The deal bolsters FNA’s aftermarket strategy across pressure washers, pumps, and outdoor power equipment as the company scales its footprint among dealers, retailers, and end users.
Based in Wisconsin, The FNA Group manufactures pressure washers, pumps, and professional-grade outdoor equipment through brands including Simpson, Delco, AAA Pumps, and CRX Engines. The acquisition brings Allparts’ extensive replacement-parts catalog, in-house technical support team, and high-velocity fulfillment operation under the FNA umbrella.
Allparts, founded in 1988, serves more than two million customers with OEM and aftermarket parts spanning pressure washers, heaters, air compressors, generators, soft-wash systems, and floor-care equipment. The company is known for fast 24-hour shipping, deep technical expertise, and strong customer loyalty developed through phone, email, and text-based support.
Under the terms of the transaction, Allparts will continue operating from its existing facilities while gradually integrating into FNA’s broader operations network. The combined organization plans to leverage shared logistics, inventory infrastructure, and service capabilities to accelerate product availability, shipping speeds, and customer support.
FNA said the acquisition reflects its continued investment in operational efficiency, long-term aftermarket growth, and an expanded service experience across key equipment categories.
