Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Total Health has developed a portfolio of continuing medical education programs and conferences that support multidisciplinary oncology teams with the latest research and clinical strategies.

The company is known for convening leading faculty and translating emerging clinical data into practical, clinic-ready education for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other oncology providers.
Founded by Sarah Louden, Total Health Oncology has established a strong presence in oncology education, focusing on free access to CME programs and clinically relevant content for multidisciplinary teams. The organization’s integration into The Lockwood Group expands the combined company’s oncology and medical education footprint.
