The Pebble Group reported first-half 2026 revenue of £60.7 million, up 4%, with growth across both Facilisgroup and Brand Addition supporting confidence in its full-year outlook.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 6% to £6.6 million, while adjusted basic EPS increased 3% to 1.25 pence. Statutory operating profit declined 50% to £1.4 million, largely reflecting increased non-cash amortization charges related to prior technology investments and share-based compensation.

The group returned £7.9 million to shareholders during the first half, compared with £5.2 million a year earlier.

Following the period end, The Pebble Group completed an expanded £7 million share buyback program. Including a £3 million dividend paid during 2026, total shareholder returns reached £10 million through the end of July.

Facilisgroup, which provides technology and services to promotional products distributors, increased U.S.-dollar revenue by 7%. Forward-looking ARR from technology subscription fees increased 12%, while gross merchandise value increased 8%.

New multi-year agreements implemented July 1 extended technology subscription revenue visibility to approximately two years. The business added 16 partners year to date, with the ARR represented by those wins more than 50% higher than the comparable 2025 cohort.

Facilisgroup entered the second half targeting double-digit revenue growth.

Brand Addition, which provides branded merchandise services to major companies, increased first-half revenue 4% to £51.8 million and adjusted EBITDA to £4.2 million from £3.8 million. Orders received for fiscal 2026 were running 5% ahead of the comparable prior-year level as of September 7.

The Pebble Group continues to expect full-year 2026 results in line with market expectations, while its board is reviewing strategic opportunities spanning organic and inorganic investments, capital returns and the group’s structure.
