Thesis Care, an AI-powered healthcare technology company focused on scaling clinical capacity, announced it has raised $45 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from CRV and additional backing from Black Opal Ventures and healthcare technology angel investors, bringing the company’s total funding to $60 million.
Alongside the funding, the company revealed its rebrand from Trovo Health to Thesis Care, reflecting the evolution of its platform and broader ambitions in healthcare delivery. The company’s platform combines AI agents with expert clinicians to handle complex clinical workflows and care management tasks for healthcare organizations.
Thesis Care’s technology is designed to understand clinical context, enabling personalized patient engagement and the execution of complete workflow actions. The platform integrates human clinicians in the loop when needed, allowing healthcare providers to maintain existing workflows without requiring additional training or tools. This approach is aimed at reducing administrative burden while increasing care capacity.
The company has already established partnerships with thousands of providers, including organizations such as US Heart & Vascular, Essen Health Care, Springfield Clinic, Unio Health Partners, and Allied Digestive Health. Thesis Care is now expanding its reach into health systems and health plan care teams.
With the new funding, Thesis Care plans to accelerate its commercial expansion, further develop its unified technology platform, and broaden its suite of AI-powered care team agents.
