Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of Green Mango Pest Control by PestCo Holdings, a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Launched in 2011, Green Mango has provided residential pest control services in the Phoenix, Arizona area for over ten years.
With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Green Mango is especially well-positioned for future growth, while continuing to provide high-quality service to customers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
