Tindall Corporation, one of the largest providers of precast concrete solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of Atlanta Structural Concrete, which will now operate as ASC, A Tindall Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ASC, a PCI-certified producer with nearly 100 employees, is recognized as a full-service specialty contractor offering preconstruction design, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and installation. The addition expands Tindall’s precast and prestressed capabilities and strengthens its ability to serve customers across the Southeast, enhancing its manufacturing capacity and supporting continued growth across its Georgia portfolio. ASC has fully integrated its team, capabilities, and operations into Tindall, a process the company said preserves the local expertise and workforce that built ASC’s reputation while pairing it with Tindall’s broader national resources and infrastructure.
Founded in 1959, ASC is the oldest precast concrete company in the Atlanta area, giving Tindall a long-established regional presence and decades of accumulated relationships with contractors, developers, and engineers across Georgia and the wider Southeast. That legacy, combined with ASC’s specialized in-house design and engineering capabilities, positions the combined organization to take on more complex, full-service projects for customers in the region. The acquisition reflects Tindall’s broader strategy of expanding its manufacturing footprint and service capabilities in high-growth markets, building on its existing network of facilities across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and South-Central United States.
