TiniFiber announced that it has completed the acquisition of CoreLinc, a Southeast-based provider of fiber optic connectivity solutions with nearly 20 years of industry experience. The deal expands TiniFiber’s portfolio of services, strengthens its logistical capabilities, and broadens its reach across North America.
Based in Lindenhurst, New York, TiniFiber is known for its lightweight fiber optic cabling systems and patented Micro Armor Fiber Cable technology. The acquisition supports the company’s strategy to build a vertically integrated fiber-optic platform capable of serving customers throughout the entire fiber-optic solution lifecycle.
CoreLinc has developed a strong reputation in the data center and broadband communications sectors, providing fiber optic connectivity and deployment support for large-scale infrastructure projects. Its expertise in connectivity solutions complements TiniFiber’s existing cable and fiber optic product portfolio, creating a more comprehensive end-to-end offering for customers across the data communications industry.
TiniFiber said the transaction also significantly expands its operational footprint in the United States, enabling the company to provide faster and more responsive support to customers across North America.
The acquisition further advances TiniFiber’s broader mission of expanding access to high-performance fiber optic technology across key verticals including broadband, transportation, commercial infrastructure, DAS and wireless networks, security, and data centers.
TiniFiber develops high-speed fiber optic products, custom fiber solutions, and related tools and testing services. The company’s Micro Armor Fiber Cable is designed to be significantly smaller and lighter than traditional Aluminum Interlock Armor cables while maintaining durability for demanding installation environments. The product is designed for aerial, underground, and powered cable applications.
CoreLinc specializes in precision-built fiber optic connectivity products for enterprise networks, broadband deployments, and data center applications. The company provides integrated support from product development through market-ready delivery using a domestic workforce and supplier network.
