Titan Water Solutions has been acquired by Strandline Capital through a deal led by Daysi Gomez following a competitive sales process managed by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions.
Founded by Jake Tellander, Titan Water Solutions provides water softening, conditioning, and filtration systems for residential and commercial customers across Central Florida. The company was built around delivering reliable water treatment systems and responsive customer service after Tellander identified quality and pricing issues in the local market. Titan Water Solutions also received the People’s Choice Best Water Services award in both 2024 and 2025.
Daysi Gomez, a graduate of MIT and first-time buyer, acquired the business through Strandline Capital. Gomez, who lives in Sarasota with her husband, was selected based on her engineering and business background to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
The transaction moved quickly, with Titan Water Solutions going under contract five days after being brought to market. The entire process from engagement to close took approximately five months.
Following the transaction, Jake and Emily Tellander plan to relocate to Iowa to be closer to family members. Two of their four children will continue working at Titan Water Solutions under the new ownership structure, helping provide operational continuity.
