TMF Group has acquired Navigator Partners, a Finland-based provider of fund and investor administration, corporate services and foundation management, expanding its financial services capabilities across Finland and the broader Nordic region.
Headquartered in Helsinki, Navigator Partners has more than 20 years of experience providing fund administration, accounting and reporting, payroll services, property management administration, foundation administration and tax compliance services.
The company was founded in 2002 and employs approximately 50 specialists.
Navigator Partners serves more than 800 clients, including private equity firms, family offices, asset managers, foundations and property owners.
The acquisition gives TMF Group an established platform in Finland’s fund, family office and foundation administration markets.
TMF Group said the transaction will expand its Finnish service offering to include financial services for private wealth and family offices, private equity firms, foundations, real estate businesses and investment firms.
Navigator Partners will gain access to TMF Group’s international infrastructure, resources and expertise, enabling the company to offer additional specialized services to Finnish and Nordic customers.
The combination also expands TMF Group’s presence across the Nordic region as the company continues building its global administrative and compliance platform.
Navigator Partners operates Compass, its proprietary portfolio reporting platform, alongside its broader administration and advisory services.
The company’s specialist capabilities are focused on customer groups including investors, investment funds, private equity firms, private and family offices, asset managers, property owners and foundations.
TMF Group sees Navigator Partners’ experience in these areas as complementary to its existing platform, particularly across private equity, real estate and family office services.
TMF Group operates with approximately 13,000 employees across more than 125 offices in 87 jurisdictions.
Its broader platform provides administrative and compliance services designed to support companies and investors operating across multiple international markets.
For Navigator Partners, joining TMF Group provides a significantly larger international network while maintaining the specialized capabilities and personalized services it has developed in Finland.
