Tomorrow.io, an AI weather intelligence and resilience platform company, announced an additional $35 million investment from existing partner Pitango and Harel Insurance, alongside Stonecourt Capital and HarbourVest Partners, increasing the company’s previously announced Series F financing round to $210 million.
The new funding builds on Tomorrow.io’s earlier $175 million Series F round announced this year. The company said the capital will support the deployment of DeepSky, described as the world’s first AI-native weather satellite constellation, while also accelerating the development of its AI-driven resilience platform and expanding its space-based observation network.
Based in Boston, Tomorrow.io said the investment reflects growing demand for proprietary weather and operational intelligence data as enterprises increasingly integrate AI into large-scale operations. The company combines satellite infrastructure, weather modeling, and generative AI to provide real-time intelligence for industries including aviation, energy, logistics, and government.
According to the company, weather-related disruptions are becoming more impactful across global industries, increasing the importance of predictive intelligence and operational resilience. Tomorrow.io believes its platform is becoming foundational infrastructure for enterprises navigating volatile operating environments.
Pitango, which led the additional investment alongside Harel Insurance, has maintained a long-term partnership with Tomorrow.io and said the company represents a category-defining infrastructure business focused on resilience and adaptation technologies.
The company also highlighted its proprietary satellite constellation and generative AI forecasting engine as differentiators in the growing market for AI-powered operational intelligence platforms.
