TopBuild announced it has acquired Applied Coatings and Upstate Spray Foam, two Winfield, New York-based contractors that collectively generate about $20 million in annual revenue.
The businesses primarily install spray foam and fireproofing for residential and commercial customers across New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
TopBuild said the transaction strengthens its presence in the Northeast and aligns with its strategy to drive growth and profitability across its installation and specialty distribution footprint in the U.S. and Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed.
