Toptal announced it has acquired Graphite and the Graphite brand, adding an on-demand network of more than 12,000 vetted independent experts, consultants, and executives across finance, accounting, corporate strategy, marketing, and other functions.
The deal expands Toptal’s Talent Network beyond its existing strengths in technology, design, and broader business services by increasing access to cross-functional expertise that companies use for transformation, growth initiatives, and specialized operating needs. Toptal said the combination will allow clients to more easily build blended teams spanning multiple disciplines, with both organizations emphasizing rigorous vetting focused on functional depth, industry experience, and training at leading global consulting firms.
Toptal said clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups across sectors, including retail, healthcare, and energy, have been informed of the acquisition and responded positively, and that integration teams are working to ensure a smooth transition. Financial terms were not disclosed.
