What is Craig Schneider’s background? Schneider said:

“My background is in finance and business development. While I don’t come from a traditional tech background, I’ve always had a strong sense for spotting inefficiencies and building teams that can solve real-world problems. I focus on strategy, revenue, capital raising, and ensuring that we’re building a culture and product that scales. I’ve also surrounded myself with incredibly talented technical leaders—especially my co-founder and CTO, Ziv Gillat—who help bring our product vision to life. Leadership, to me, is about knowing what you don’t know and bringing in the right people to close those gaps.”

How did the idea for the company come together? Schneider shared:

“The idea came to me in one of those everyday moments that just sticks. I was driving to a lunch meeting in South Florida on a brutally hot day when I saw a disabled truck on the side of the highway. That lunch lasted over two hours. On my way back, I passed the same truck—still waiting. A tow truck had just arrived. That delay blew my mind. In a world where we can track a food delivery in real-time, why was such a mission-critical industry still operating in the dark ages? That moment planted the seed. I couldn’t stop thinking, ‘There has to be a better way.’ That was the spark for Tow4Tech.”

Favorite Memory

What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Schneider reflected:

“It’s hard to pick just one, but if I had to, I’d say the moment we had our first major fleet partner tell us, ‘You’re making significant improvements to how we handle roadside events.’ That validation—hearing from someone deep in the trenches that our platform saved them time, cut down phone calls, and got trucks rolling again faster—was incredibly fulfilling. We’re not just building software; we’re solving a real-world problem, and those moments of user impact are what fuel me.”

What are the company’s core products and features? Schneider explained:

“Tow4Tech is a purpose-built SaaS platform designed for commercial fleets. At its core, we offer intelligent dispatching using real-time geolocation, full job transparency from request to resolution, and automated invoicing. Fleet managers can log in, submit a request, and instantly get matched with the closest verified tow provider. They can track the job in real time, communicate directly, and receive performance data afterward. On the provider side, we streamline job access, reduce incoming call volume, and speed up payments. It’s about eliminating chaos and restoring order to roadside events.”

Challenges Faced

Have you faced any challenges in your sector of work recently? Schneider acknowledged:

“Definitely. Working with a top fleet manager from day one made this project unique. We couldn’t afford to build a typical MVP and then iterate later — we had to deliver world-class software from day one, reliable enough to be trusted in critical, real-world situations. In our industry, a broken-down vehicle on the side of the road isn’t just a data point — it’s a driver waiting for help. If our system failed and they remained stranded for hours, that wasn’t just a bug — it was unacceptable. From the beginning, we focused on execution. We proved we could reduce dispatch times, improve ETAs, and make life easier for both fleet operators and service providers. As soon as we demonstrated measurable results, the resistance started to shift toward adoption. Trust is everything in what we do, and we’ve worked hard to earn it — and even harder to keep it.”

Evolution Of The Company’s Technology

How has the company’s technology evolved since its launch? Schneider noted:

“The platform has grown significantly. What started as a basic dispatch tool is now an enterprise-grade infrastructure with geolocation tracking, automated workflows, and a performance data engine that learns from every job. We’ve added real-time analytics, scaled to support fleets across multiple regions, and even launched a European development hub in Romania. That team has been key to accelerating our roadmap. And we’re just getting started—AI, smarter decision-making, and deeper integrations are all on the horizon.”

What have been some of the company’s most significant milestones? Schneider cited:

There have been many moments that have pushed us to the next level and validated that we’re building something real, something needed. Below are a few highlights that stand out:

When asking Schneider about customer success stories, he highlighted:

“Yes—one of our fleet partners told us that before Tow4Tech, handling a roadside event required multiple phone calls and too much guesswork. Now, they submit a request through our platform and instantly see multiple providers responding to the request. In just minutes a provider is assigned and the system does the rest. They’ve reduced average dispatch times, seen significantly quicker arrival times to their broken-down vehicles, which has led to getting their trucks back on the road faster. For them, the automation and real-time visibility have been game-changers. That kind of impact is why we built Tow4Tech.”

Funding

When asking Schneider about the company’s funding and revenue details, he revealed:

“We’ve raised $3.3 million from investors who believe in the opportunity to modernize this massive but overlooked industry. Our pricing model is simple: $99 per event, paid by the fleet. No subscriptions, no hidden fees. That alignment makes our value clear, and our unit economics are strong. While we’re not profitable yet, we’ve prioritized growth and product-market fit, and we’re tracking toward breakeven with a clear line of sight.”

Total Addressable Market

What total addressable market (TAM) size is the company pursuing? Schneider assessed:

“We’re going after the U.S. commercial-fleet towing market, which is a $12 billion space. It’s fragmented, underserved, and still largely analog. That’s just the starting point. With growing demand for digitized logistics and roadside transparency, we see a much larger global opportunity—especially as we scale into Europe and beyond.”

What differentiates the company from its competition? Schneider affirmed:

“We’re not a dispatch tool, and we’re not Uber-for-tows. This isn’t a marketplace—it’s a purpose-built enterprise platform that solves complexity in a way nobody else is doing.”
