TPM Holdings Acquires The Hunley Group And Refocuses Around AI And Salesforce

TPM Holdings has completed an 18-month strategic realignment centered on AI and Salesforce technology for architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing customers.

The strategy includes TPM Holdings’ March 2026 acquisition of The Hunley Group, a Salesforce and AI consulting partner focused on architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.

The transaction brings Hunley together with TrebleHook under TPM CRM Solutions.

TrebleHook is an AI-enabled customer relationship management platform built natively on Salesforce for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Hunley provides Salesforce strategy, implementation, integration, and support services for customers across North America and international markets.

TPM said combining the two businesses gives customers a single organization capable of providing software, strategy, implementation, integration, and ongoing support.

The company is also investing in agentic AI workflows designed specifically for architecture, engineering, and construction firms.

These workflows are intended to automate repetitive tasks across areas such as business development, project pursuits, proposals, and client relationship management.

Alongside the CRM business, TPM will continue providing document management, print, and reprographics services to businesses across the Southeast.

As part of its broader portfolio realignment, TPM transitioned several other business units to specialized operators.

Autodesk and Bluebeam customers were moved to Symetri, HP 3D printing operations transitioned to M5D, SOLIDWORKS and manufacturing technology moved to Hawkridge Systems, and ColorLab environmental graphics and branded interiors transitioned to Cowart.

TPM Holdings currently serves nearly 2,000 companies.

The company said the restructuring concentrates investment around its highest-growth platforms while maintaining continuity for customers affected by the portfolio changes.

KEY QUOTES:

“AI is changing how the built world wins and delivers work, and we chose to lead that shift rather than react to it. That meant putting our capital and our best people where we can create the most value for customers.”

“We did the hard work first so we could grow with purpose. The next chapter is about acceleration: for our customers, our people, and the communities we serve.”
