Trafera, a portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners, provides technology hardware, software, and support services primarily to K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and government organizations.

Morris Electronics is based in Morris, Minnesota, and has provided technology services to government agencies and businesses since 1991.

The acquisition brings Morris’ existing public-sector relationships and managed services expertise into Trafera’s platform while giving Morris customers access to Trafera’s broader portfolio of devices, infrastructure and technology solutions.

Trafera said the acquisition supports its strategy of partnering with established regional IT and managed services businesses to create a larger and more diversified national technology platform.

Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
