Trajectory, a research lab and product company focused on continual learning, announced that it has raised $15 million in funding to develop a platform that enables companies to continuously train large-scale agentic models using signals generated from product usage.
The funding round included participation from Conviction, Bessemer Venture Partners, Radical Ventures, as well as notable AI leaders including Jeff Dean and Fei-Fei Li.
Founded by Ronak Malde, Michael Elabd, and Arjun Karanam, Trajectory is building infrastructure designed to help AI systems learn continuously from user interactions, corrections, retries, and edits. The company believes that future AI products will improve over time by leveraging the data generated through real-world usage rather than starting from scratch with static training datasets.
Trajectory says its platform unlocks valuable signals already embedded within product usage, allowing companies to continually train agentic AI models that can outperform frontier models over time.
The company is already working with several AI-native businesses, including Clay, Harvey, Decagon, Mercor, and Rogo, helping power their agentic AI systems. According to the company, some of these deployments are already running in production environments.
Trajectory has assembled a research team with experience from DeepMind, OpenAI, Apple, Meta Superintelligence, Amazon AGI, and Scale AI, alongside product leaders from Stripe and Figma.
Trajectory’s vision centers on a future where AI systems continuously improve through usage, enabling every correction, edit, and retry to become training data that makes products more intelligent over time.
