The deal, which was previously announced on December 2, 2025, further enhances Trane Technologies’ portfolio as demand for scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure accelerates.
Stellar Energy is known for providing turnkey data center cooling systems and has particular expertise in modular thermal system design. By integrating Stellar Energy’s modular data center solutions with Trane Technologies’ global operational scale and engineering capabilities, the company aims to address rising demand for prefabricated cooling systems and other critical equipment to reduce supply chain constraints and enable rapid deployment.
The transaction supports Trane Technologies’ broader strategy to deliver efficient and sustainable climate solutions across complex commercial applications. The company expects the combination to drive growth, innovation, and greater scale in the fast-evolving data center ecosystem, where operators increasingly require flexible, high-performance cooling infrastructure.
