Transient.AI has appointed Jason Safriet as Chief Growth Officer as the company expands its enterprise AI operating system across capital markets.
Safriet brings more than 30 years of global markets and sales trading experience and spent 15 years leading credit sales franchises at Credit Suisse.
In the new role, Safriet will lead commercial growth and deepen Transient’s relationships with institutional financial clients.
He will also advise financial institutions moving from AI evaluation into production deployments involving security, governance and regulated workflows.
Safriet joins during a period of expansion for Transient.
The company recently closed a Series A led by NEXT Investors with a strategic investment from Nasdaq Ventures and was named 2026 Startup of the Year at the Entrepreneur Business Awards APAC.
Transient is developing a secure AI operating system intended for regulated markets.
Its Declarative Agentic Framework connects legacy financial infrastructure with governed AI systems.
The company’s Caddie.AI product is designed to act as an AI intelligence associate across the trading lifecycle while restricting AI agents to authorized actions inside each institution’s secure environment.
