TransTech Group has announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Teknoflow Green Equipments Private Limited, an India-based engineered fabrication and process equipment manufacturer, marking a significant step in expanding its global manufacturing footprint and establishing its first production platform in India.
The transaction creates a long-term partnership with Teknoflow’s founding family and integrates the company into TransTech’s Engineered Products Group. This move strengthens TransTech’s ability to deliver engineered equipment solutions across multiple regions while advancing its international growth strategy.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Nashik, India, Teknoflow specializes in engineered process equipment and custom fabrication, including pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, modular process skids, columns, and structural assemblies. The company serves customers in more than 25 countries and maintains a range of globally recognized certifications across quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Teknoflow operates approximately 180,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity and brings deep engineering and fabrication expertise. Its addition enhances TransTech’s multi-regional manufacturing capabilities, which now span the United States, Europe, and India, with more than 800,000 square feet of fabrication space across 14 locations.
The acquisition is designed to expand TransTech’s access to global customer relationships, technical resources, and production capacity while enabling Teknoflow to scale its operations within a broader international platform. Deloitte India served as the exclusive financial advisor to Teknoflow’s shareholders on the transaction.
