Transworld Business Advisors, which is known as one of the largest business brokerages, has signed a multi-year strategic partnership to syndicate all of its active listings to BizScout, a fast-growing small business acquisition marketplace and data platform, in a move the companies say is designed to better match vetted inventory with verified, high-intent buyers.
Under the agreement, BizScout will feature Transworld’s current listings on its platform, marking what Transworld called its first partnership of this kind and expanding distribution for a brokerage network that spans more than 1,000 brokers across 250-plus offices globally. The companies said the integration will pair Transworld’s broker-represented supply with BizScout’s proprietary data tools, giving buyers additional visibility into items such as deal structure, valuation ranges, and market positioning.

Codie Sanchez, CEO of BizScout, said the integration addresses buyer frustration with stale listings and unresponsive intermediaries by surfacing actively for-sale businesses backed by professional representation.
The partnership also extends to sellers who come to BizScout directly. BizScout said those sellers will have the option to consult with Exit Factor, a business services firm focused on valuation and exit readiness, to help improve financial presentation and overall positioning ahead of a sale process.
The companies positioned the initiative as a response to a common bottleneck in small business acquisition: efficiently connecting serious buyers with credible, active inventory while maintaining transaction speed. BizScout said it serves more than 100,000 users and combines buyer verification, deal flow, and analytics intended to support acquisitions from discovery through closing.
