TraqCheck: $8 Million Series A Backed By IIFL Fintech Fund Advances AI Agents For Enterprise Hiring

TraqCheck announced it has raised $8 million in a Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from IIFL Fintech Fund as a strategic investor. The funding will support TraqCheck’s expansion of its AI-driven platform designed to automate end-to-end hiring workflows through autonomous agents.

TraqCheck is building what it describes as a “Human Operating System,” a network of specialized AI agents that execute recruitment processes without manual intervention. Its flagship product, Trace, automates background verification and is already used by nearly 300 enterprise customers across India and Europe.

The company recently introduced Nina, an AI agent focused on talent acquisition, capable of sourcing candidates in real time, initiating outreach, qualifying applicants, and delivering vetted candidates directly to hiring managers.

The platform reflects a broader shift in the HR technology market, moving from traditional software tools that assist human decision-making to AI-native systems that execute workflows autonomously. TraqCheck’s approach replaces fragmented recruiting tools with a unified, agent-driven infrastructure layer.

Hiring remains one of the most operationally intensive functions in large organizations, with significant inefficiencies tied to manual processes. The company estimates that full adoption of autonomous AI systems could reduce time-to-hire by 40 to 60 percent and significantly lower hiring costs, particularly for high-volume employers such as banks, logistics companies, and healthcare providers.

TraqCheck is positioning itself to lead this transition by building a full-stack automation layer across sourcing, screening, and verification, targeting early adoption in enterprise environments where hiring workflows are repetitive and data-rich.

The investment aligns with IIFL Fintech Fund’s strategy of backing infrastructure-driven companies at the intersection of AI and enterprise workflows.

KEY QUOTES

“The Human Operating System thesis resonates with us deeply. As agentic AI moves from experimentation to production in enterprise environments, companies like TraqCheck — which own the full workflow stack across sourcing, screening, and verification — are positioned to become category-defining infrastructure. We are excited to partner with the team as they scale this vision across India and Europe.”

Mehekka Oberoi, Fund Manager, IIFL Fintech Fund

“The shift from SaaS to AI-native systems is happening faster than most companies realise. Software required humans to operate it. Agents execute autonomously. We are building systems that collaborate and make decisions — not just tools that display information.”
