Travere Therapeutics has announced that Bradley L. Campbell will become President and Chief Executive Officer on December 1, 2026, succeeding Eric Dube, Ph.D., who has decided to step down after nearly eight years leading the company. Campbell, the former President and CEO of Amicus Therapeutics, will also join Travere’s Board of Directors. Dube will remain CEO until the transition and serve as an executive advisor through February 15, 2027.
Dube joined Travere as CEO in January 2019 and helped transform the company into a commercial-stage rare disease business. During his tenure, Travere achieved regulatory approvals in IgA nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), expanded its pipeline, and strengthened its commercialization capabilities.
Campbell brings more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical experience, including nearly two decades at Amicus Therapeutics. He became Amicus’s CEO in 2022 and led the company’s expansion from a single-product business into a global rare disease organization with multiple commercial franchises.
Before joining Amicus, Campbell held commercial and business development positions at Genzyme and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy’s Advisory Board.
Travere’s board unanimously selected Campbell following a succession planning process. Dube said his decision to step down was driven by personal considerations involving his health and family.
