Treasure Global announced that it has secured a $15 million contract from Creative World Industries Sdn Bhd to develop and deploy an enterprise-grade Social Listening AI System. The agreement marks a significant step in the Malaysia-based technology company’s strategy to expand beyond its core digital ecosystem and build higher-value, AI-driven revenue streams.
Creative World Industries, which was established in 2001, provides technology and infrastructure solutions and has experience delivering large-scale government digital systems, including land administration and cadastral data platforms. The company also provides software and ICT infrastructure solutions across several industries and operates municipal public service contracts.
Treasure Global said the agreement strengthens its revenue diversification strategy and expands its presence in enterprise technology solutions. The company believes the engagement reflects increasing demand for artificial intelligence systems capable of transforming large amounts of digital information into actionable business intelligence across industries including consumer brands, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and the public sector.
The Social Listening AI System is being designed as an enterprise intelligence platform that converts unstructured digital conversations into structured insights. Powered by large language models, machine learning, and predictive analytics, the platform utilizes NVIDIA-based GPU computing infrastructure and is designed to process millions of digital interactions across multiple channels.
The system provides real-time sentiment analysis, trend identification, behavioral insights, and automated dashboards intended to support marketing intelligence, brand management, and customer experience decision-making.
Treasure Global said the contract represents an important milestone in its transition toward scalable enterprise AI offerings. The company expects the engagement to create opportunities for additional deployments, software licensing arrangements, and recurring service revenues as customer usage expands. Management also views the implementation as a reference project that could accelerate enterprise adoption among future customers and in new markets.
The company plans to continue expanding its enterprise AI business through strategic partnerships, internal technology development, and customer acquisition initiatives. Treasure Global’s flagship offering, the ZCITY Super App, had approximately 2.71 million registered users as of March 31, 2026.
