Trebellar has raised $18 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-native platform for corporate real estate management. Blossom Capital led the round, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd.
Trebellar is developing an AI-driven system of record intended to help enterprise real estate teams manage information that has traditionally been spread across spreadsheets, PDFs and separate software systems.
The platform combines information involving leases, space, employee headcount and utilization into a unified view.
Trebellar also incorporates commute times, transit access and employee sentiment to help corporate real estate teams evaluate whether properties are meeting organizational needs.
Rather than providing only a static analysis, the platform tracks the reasoning behind real estate decisions, their subsequent results and potential next actions.
Current customers include Meta, Uber, Merck and Cohesity.
The company was founded by engineers and operators with experience at Salesforce, Google, Waymo and Verkada alongside professionals with corporate real estate expertise.
Trebellar recently added Dave Radcliffe as an adviser. Radcliffe oversaw substantial growth of Google’s real estate portfolio during the tenures of Eric Schmidt, Larry Page and Sundar Pichai.
The company plans to use the Series A to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, strengthen its AI capabilities and add enterprise customers.
KEY QUOTES:
“Real estate has been the one back-office function still running on spreadsheets and outside consultants. We built Trebellar to give leaders the independence to make these decisions themselves, with the same speed and confidence every other part of the business already has.”
Diego Ferreiro Val, Co-Founder and CEO of Trebellar
“What Trebellar has built is exactly what corporate real estate has been missing: Purpose-built AI that actually thinks about the problem the way we do, not just another dashboard. It’s quickly becoming a key part of how our team thinks about real estate decisions.”
Dave Gunter, VP of Global Workplace Services at Meta
“Corporate real estate is one of the last major categories AI hasn’t reached yet, not because the opportunity isn’t there, but because the problem needed technology built specifically for it, not a repurposed dashboard or another services relationship. Diego, David, and Adam are the right team to build that.”
Ophelia Brown, Blossom Capital
