Treon announced it has secured €6.8 million in new funding as part of a Series A extension, led by ACME Capital. The investment is aimed at accelerating the company’s industrial AI platform and expanding its role as an intelligence layer for factories, logistics environments, and OEM equipment.

The funding will support Treon’s push toward autonomous industrial operations, building on its existing platform that integrates AI-driven analytics, wireless sensors, automated workflows, and a mobile-first interface. The company delivers its predictive maintenance solutions as a managed service with subscription-based pricing and currently serves more than 200 customers globally across manufacturing, logistics, and material handling sectors.

ACME Capital will join existing investor Ventech on the board, bringing experience in scaling deep-tech and industrial AI companies. The partnership reflects a shared focus on advancing “physical AI” and next-generation manufacturing systems.

Treon is positioning its technology as a shift from reactive, manual maintenance to predictive, autonomous operations. Its strategy centers on what it calls AI-native maintenance orchestration, designed to help industrial companies manage increasingly complex asset fleets amid a shrinking skilled workforce.

The company also plans to showcase its latest technology at the Hannover Messe later this month, including a smart motor embedded with Treon intelligence and a new AI-driven technician companion interface.
