Treville Capital Management announced the final close of its inaugural Capital Solutions Fund, securing more than $500 million in total commitments, including co-investments, from a broad base of institutional investors such as insurance companies, asset managers, foundations, and family offices.

The fund is designed to pursue privately negotiated credit and credit-oriented investments with capital appreciation features. Treville’s strategy spans senior secured loans, junior debt, and preferred equity across a range of sectors, positioning the firm to provide flexible financing solutions in a market where traditional options have become more standardized.

Treville operates at the intersection of private equity and private credit, aiming to support companies in optimizing capital structures, bridging valuation gaps, and funding both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. The firm emphasizes tailored financing approaches that can facilitate expansion while limiting equity dilution for portfolio companies.

The fund has already deployed capital into several investments, including Embark, a management and financial consulting firm; Consumer Edge, a data analytics and insights company; and Denny’s, as part of a recently announced take-private transaction. Treville indicated it will continue to focus on disciplined capital deployment while building a diversified portfolio aimed at delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Founded in 2014, Treville Capital Group is an alternative asset manager focused on providing customized financing solutions to high-growth, creditworthy companies through strategies including asset-based credit, capital solutions, and venture capital.
