Tricentis, a global leader in AI-augmented software quality, announced the appointment of two new senior executives—Jason Bliss, EVP and President, Business Operations, and Todd Horst, Chief Growth Officer. The additions expand the company’s executive bench as it works to help organizations innovate faster, reduce risk and operating costs, and support long-term, scalable growth as AI accelerates software development and delivery.
Jason Bliss joins Tricentis as EVP and President, Business Operations, with responsibility for post-sales functions including customer growth, professional services, customer support, international operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Bliss brings experience across business operations, technology and capital deployment, including more than 17 years at SolarWinds, most recently as Chief Administrative Officer overseeing growth, value creation and risk management.
Todd Horst joins as Chief Growth Officer, tasked with crafting and executing Tricentis’ global go-to-market strategy, accelerating growth through strategic partnerships, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and productivity. Horst brings experience spanning growth strategy, enterprise sales, channel management and revenue operations, including prior Chief Revenue Officer roles at Outtask and Consilio and five years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company advising CEOs and revenue leaders on go-to-market strategy, sales acceleration and digital transformation.
Tricentis said the leadership additions strengthen its operating structure as the company enters its next phase of growth and focuses on delivering greater value to customers worldwide.
