The acquisition integrates Process Improvement Institute’s capabilities, including process safety management training, engineering, human factors consulting, management system implementation, and Safety Instrumented Systems verification, into Trinity’s broader environmental consulting platform. The deal is intended to strengthen Trinity’s process safety expertise while expanding its international footprint across North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Founded in 2003, Process Improvement Institute has built a reputation for helping organizations in highly regulated industries such as chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, nuclear, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and mining address complex safety, risk, and reliability challenges.
