By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 22, 2025

Trinity Consultants, a global environmental consulting firm serving the EHS regulatory compliance, built environment, life sciences, and water and ecology markets, announced the acquisition of GeoSystems Analysis (GSA), a hydrology and natural resources consultancy headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, with offices in Arizona, New Mexico, and Oregon, and additional resources in Nevada and Peru. The deal advances Trinity’s growth strategy and expands its service capabilities for clients in North America and international markets.

GeoSystems Analysis strengthens Trinity’s Water and Ecology division and complements prior additions that include Zanjero, WestLand Engineering and Environmental Services, Soundview Consultants, Ecofish Research, Minnow Environmental, AWN Consulting, Vision Environment, and ECOSA. The combined team will deliver a broader range of water resources and ecological solutions to public and private sector clients, enhancing technical depth across groundwater recharge, mine reclamation and hydrology, habitat restoration, watershed and conservation planning, and advanced monitoring program design and implementation.

Under the terms of the integration, GSA will operate as a business unit within Trinity’s Water and Ecology division, providing continuity for existing clients and employees. GSA’s leadership team will remain in place and will collaborate closely with divisional president Mike Remsberg and Trinity’s broader leadership to expand and enhance solutions across geographies and sectors.

Founded in 1994, GSA serves federal, tribal, state, municipal, nonprofit, and private sector customers. The firm maintains a soil physics laboratory at its Tucson headquarters that supports applied research on soil water interactions and fluid transport, adding specialized capabilities to Trinity’s scientific toolkit. Matheson Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to GeoSystems Analysis on the transaction.

Trinity Consultants, founded in 1974, provides environmental and technical consulting services across the natural and built environments, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements and implement sustainable, high impact solutions. The acquisition of GSA builds on Trinity’s long term strategy to combine industry expertise, regional presence, and scientific rigor to meet evolving client needs across water and ecology disciplines.
