Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, announced the formation of Steadpoint Industrial Services. Steadpoint is an industrial aftermarket Maintenance, Repair, and Operations services platform.

Trinity Hunt Partners will support Steadpoint’s growth through strategic acquisitions and organic initiatives. The firm plans to build on Northline’s relationship-driven sales foundation by institutionalizing a professional go-to-market engine.

Trinity Hunt Partners said it is actively seeking opportunities to expand Steadpoint through partnerships with industrial MRO service companies across the United States. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor to Trinity Hunt Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
