Trinity Hunt Partners has invested in Fisher Management Partners to establish a new value creation services platform focused on operational excellence, performance improvement, and enterprise transformation.
Fisher Management Partners will serve as the platform’s foundational investment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Fisher is a management consulting firm serving middle-market companies across six core practice areas: business strategy, sales and marketing, operations and supply chain, finance, people and technology.
The firm works with clients on complex business challenges by combining cross-functional expertise with senior-level Working Partners who collaborate directly with management teams.
Trinity Hunt sees an opportunity to build a broader platform within the fragmented management consulting industry around Fisher’s hands-on approach to turning strategy into measurable operational results.
Todd Fisher, Managing Partner of Fisher Management Partners, and the firm’s existing partners will remain in leadership roles following the investment.
The partnership is intended to help Fisher expand its capabilities and scale its business while maintaining the collaborative client service model the firm has developed over the past decade.
Trinity Hunt also plans to pursue additional acquisitions for the platform.
The private equity firm is actively seeking partnerships with consulting businesses that could add complementary capabilities, geographic reach or industry specialization.
Trinity Hunt described Fisher’s experienced team, growth record and emphasis on execution as important elements of the investment thesis, particularly as companies navigate changes that require operational and organizational transformation.
