Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, announced a majority investment in Atlanta-based Coker Group, a leading healthcare advisory firm that serves hospitals, private and health system-affiliated physician groups, PE-backed platforms, and ancillary healthcare entities. Coker represents a foundational investment in Trinity Hunt’s healthcare advisory services platform.
Trinity Hunt’s investment and strategic expertise will accelerate Coker’s growth initiatives, such as acquisitions, strategic service expansion, talent and tech investment, and organic growth acceleration. Coker provides performance transformation, transaction advisory, and compliance consulting services. For 35+ years, Coker has provided solutions across strategy, operations, finance, technology, and compliance, enabling clients to successfully navigate an evolving healthcare landscape.
Trinity Hunt will work closely with Coker’s skilled team to facilitate expansion organically and through strategic acquisitions. The firm is also actively pursuing opportunities to invest in healthcare advisory businesses across the U.S.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as Trinity Hunt’s legal advisor, KPMG Corporate Finance LLC as its financial advisor, and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as its legal advisor to Coker. The terms were not disclosed.
