TripleLift announced the appointments of Timothy Jasionowski as Chief Product and Technology Officer and Benjamin Felix as Chief Marketing Officer as the company expands its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.

The company said the appointments reinforce its strategy of integrating creative, curation, and performance capabilities across the open web through its advertising platform and recently launched TL Spark intelligence layer.

Jasionowski brings nearly 30 years of experience across programmatic advertising, telecommunications, travel distribution, and enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Architecture at Travelport. He has also held senior leadership positions at Magnite, Newforma, and Ericsson.

In his new role, Jasionowski will oversee TripleLift’s global product management, engineering, data science, and technology operations organizations.

Felix joins TripleLift as Chief Marketing Officer and will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy and brand positioning efforts. Prior to joining TripleLift, he served as President at Decision Counsel, where he led strategic growth initiatives including the global rebrand of JD Power. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Stackline.

TripleLift said Felix will focus on expanding adoption of the company’s end-to-end advertising platform and strengthening engagement with advertisers and strategic partners.

The company noted that the additions come as advertisers increasingly seek unified advertising systems that combine creative, data, supply, and measurement capabilities across retail media, connected television, and the broader open internet.
