Tronox Holdings, the world’s leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide pigment, announced the appointment of Keith Schwarz to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Schwarz will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Following the appointment, the Board will be comprised of 9 directors, 6 of whom are independent.
Schwarz brings over 35 years of experience in public accounting and advisory services, including his leadership tenure as the Dallas business unit professional practice partner at KPMG. During his career at KPMG, he led audit engagements for major public and private companies across a variety of sectors and served as an SEC engagement quality control reviewing partner. Schwarz earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a certified public accountant.
