Trousdale Ventures has named Ronnie Wiessbrod as its new Chief Investment Officer, bringing a seasoned technology and venture capital leader into a role that will influence the firm’s investment strategy across public and private markets. Wiessbrod joins the Los Angeles-based firm after serving as Chief Strategy Officer at the Milken Family Office. During his tenure there, he led technology investments from Series A through the public markets and managed allocation decisions across multiple layers of the capital structure. His background includes strategy and business development roles at high-growth companies, as well as board and advisory experience spanning cybersecurity, financial technology, enterprise software, and data analytics.
In his new role, Wiessbrod will guide the firm’s investment roadmap across all core verticals while supporting portfolio growth. His responsibilities will include sourcing high-impact investment opportunities, deepening founder partnerships, scaling companies within the firm’s ecosystem, and helping shape the next stage of Trousdale Ventures’ evolution.
