True Global Ventures (TGV), a global venture capital firm focused on backing founders building AI-first technology companies, announced the appointment of Tal Elyashiv as General Partner. The move strengthens the firm’s growing presence in the United States and supports its increased focus on the San Francisco Bay Area.

Elyashiv brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and technology executive, with a career spanning Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and Tel Aviv. He is expected to relocate to the United States later this year, further reinforcing TGV’s commitment to expanding its footprint in one of the world’s leading innovation hubs.

An American-Israeli investor with deep ties to both the U.S. and Israeli technology ecosystems, Elyashiv has spent much of his career at the intersection of technology, financial services, and venture capital. He is the co-founder and managing partner of SPiCE VC, recognized as the world’s first fully tokenized venture capital fund. Elyashiv will continue his leadership role at SPiCE VC alongside his responsibilities at TGV, with the firms maintaining distinct investment mandates.

Elyashiv is also a co-founder of Securitize, a leading platform for tokenizing real-world assets and a pioneer in the digital securities sector. In addition, he is the author of the books Blockchain Prophecies and Investing in Revolutions: Creating Wealth from Transformational Technology Waves, which explore emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and quantum computing.

Earlier in his career, Elyashiv held senior positions at Capital One and Bank of America. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of BondDesk Group, where he led a major technology and service transformation initiative, and held leadership roles at 888.

The appointment comes as TGV increases its focus on AI-driven enterprise applications through TGV Fund 6, which targets late-seed and Series A investments, particularly in California-based startups.
