Tucker’s Farm Corporation announced the acquisition of a leading restaurant franchisor with additional details about the company to be disclosed at a later date.

Founded in 1995, the franchisor operates 24 franchise and corporate-owned locations across 13 states and serves more than 1.4 million customers annually. The brand generates approximately $80 million in system sales and has built a longstanding presence in the restaurant industry over the past three decades.

The acquisition adds to Tucker’s Farm’s growing portfolio of operating businesses and franchisor investments. The company said it plans to support the brand’s continued expansion while maintaining the quality, authenticity, and customer experience that have contributed to its success.

The transaction follows a series of recent acquisitions and investments completed across Tucker’s Farm subsidiaries. These include the acquisition of Soccer 5, Christmas Décor, and Pizza Factory through its Wonder sub-holding company, as well as investments in security services, medical aesthetics, and AI-focused professional services platforms.

Brookwood Associates served as financial advisor and Lathrop GPM acted as legal counsel to Tucker’s Farm. Stillwater Capital served as financial advisor and Glaser Weil acted as legal counsel to the franchisor.

Founded in 1994 as a small goat dairy, Tucker’s Farm Corporation has evolved into a diversified investment holding company focused on acquiring and growing businesses across multiple industries. The company deploys between $50 million and $100 million of long-term equity capital annually through lower middle-market acquisition strategies.
