Turner Supply Acquires Millworks & Supply, Expanding Into Coastal Georgia

Turner Supply has acquired Millworks & Supply, a Savannah, Georgia-based distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Millworks & Supply will operate under the Turner Supply name and become the company’s 10th stocking location.

The deal represents Turner Supply’s sixth acquisition since 2019 and expands its presence across Savannah, coastal Georgia and South Carolina.

Founded in 1997 by Jack Smith and Dan Davenport, Millworks & Supply provides industrial products and customer-specific solutions.

Following Davenport’s retirement, Jim Coryell joined Smith as co-owner in 2024.

Turner Supply plans to combine Millworks’ local customer relationships with its broader product portfolio, technical expertise and value-added services.

The company said Millworks customers will continue receiving personalized service while gaining access to additional products and operational resources.

Turner Supply also expects the acquisition to create growth opportunities for employees at the Savannah location.

Founded in 1905, Turner Supply is a fourth-generation, family-owned industrial distributor headquartered in Mobile, Alabama.

The company serves customers across the U.S. and is one of North America’s largest independently owned distributors of maintenance, repair, operations and production supplies.
