- Twitter announced it is hiring Greg Lieber from VidMob as its director of platform on its agency and platform solutions team
Twitter is hiring VidMob’s head of partnerships and business development Greg Lieber as its director of platform on its agency and platform solutions team, according to Adweek. At Twitter, Lieber is going to be responsible for developing strategies to bring the company’s products to market along with identifying strategic opportunities for the social network to grow and evolve its ads partner ecosystem.
Lieber will be joining Twitter officially on January 6. And he will be based out of New York and report to Twitter head of global agency and platform solutions Stephanie Prager.
“I’ve spent the past decade building solutions to help advertisers succeed on Twitter. I’m thrilled to now have the opportunity to help activate partner solutions for a platform that I’ve long-admired as a powerful tool for advertisers. I’m excited by Stephanie’s vision for the team, and I’m looking forward to creating programs that help partners succeed on Twitter,” said Lieber.
VidMob is known as a video ad platform that works with brands like Facebook, Snap, and YouTube. At VidMob, Lieber headed the API strategy and helped scale the company’s data capabilities.
Before VidMob, Lieber was a founder of SHIFT.com. And Lieber had also worked as a head of global partnership at VaynerMedia.
“Our top priority is building a team that is focused on partnering with the advertising API ecosystem in developing solutions that our customers need to innovate, scale and deliver against business outcomes. We wanted to bring in a leader who has depth of knowledge and expertise with this ecosystem and who could identify strategic opportunities for Twitter to grow and evolve our offerings. Greg’s background, experience and tenure in this space will be essential in how we dial up the innovation and creativity we bring to our customers,” added Prager.
