TXO has acquired Wesbell Communications, expanding its global technology lifecycle platform with additional network engineering, managed services, asset recovery and third-party maintenance capabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wesbell serves Tier 1 telecommunications operators, hyperscalers and data center customers.
Its services span network and engineering support, managed services, asset recovery and maintenance of third-party equipment.
TXO plans to combine Wesbell’s established customer relationships, technical capabilities and additional processing capacity with its existing international operations.
The acquisition forms part of TXO’s strategy of combining organic growth with acquisitions of technology-led businesses that expand its end-to-end lifecycle capabilities.
TXO helps customers manage technology infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, including modernization, network and supply-chain resilience, equipment-life extension and asset recovery.
Wesbell also provides TXO with additional exposure to customers investing in infrastructure to support artificial intelligence and broader digital transformation initiatives.
The deal continues an acquisition strategy that has significantly expanded TXO since its founding in 2005.
TXO acquired MMX Communications Services in 2019, adding specialist repair and support capabilities.
It acquired Lynx UK in 2023 to expand network decommissioning services, Germany-based TEQPORT in 2024 to broaden its European operations and U.S.-based AirWay Group in 2025 to increase its North American presence.
TowerBrook Delta made a majority investment in TXO in 2023 and continues supporting the company’s international growth strategy.
Phil Miller, TXO’s Chief Corporate Development Director, led the transaction.
Support: DLA Piper served as legal adviser and Eight Advisory acted as financial adviser.
