Ty J. Young Wealth Management announced it has acquired Cincinnati-based Senior Wealth Advisors, expanding the firm’s footprint in the Midwest and marking a new phase for the advisory firm’s client base. The Atlanta-based wealth management company said the transaction will integrate Senior Wealth Advisors into its national platform, giving clients access to a broader range of services and support.
Through the acquisition, clients of Senior Wealth Advisors will be able to utilize Ty J. Young Wealth Management’s suite of investment management, retirement planning, and insurance offerings, along with its customer service infrastructure.
Ty J. Young Wealth Management has been pursuing an active acquisition strategy as part of its broader expansion across the United States. Over the past eight years, the firm has acquired 42 companies as it continues to grow its national presence in the wealth management sector.
Founded in 1998 by Ty J. Young, the firm manages more than $1 billion in assets for over 7,000 clients nationwide. The company is known for its investment management and retirement planning services, and its founder is frequently featured in financial media outlets such as CNBC, Forbes, and Fox Business.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Ty J. Young Wealth Management’s ability to serve clients in the Midwest while providing Senior Wealth Advisors’ clients access to expanded resources and capabilities through the firm’s national platform.
