Tyto Athene announced the completion of its acquisition of Ready Support Services (RSS), a provider of enterprise service management and cloud migration solutions for U.S. intelligence agencies. The acquisition strengthens Tyto’s presence across the U.S. Intelligence Community and expands its capabilities supporting mission-critical national security programs.
Founded in 2010, Ready Support Services has specialized in helping intelligence and national security organizations transition applications and operations to cloud platforms and shared services. The company provides expertise in enterprise service management, IT asset management, cloud migration, and on-premises deployments across highly secure environments.
Tyto Athene said the acquisition enhances its ability to deliver tailored support for intelligence customers by adding advanced architecture, design, implementation, and hybrid cloud operations capabilities. RSS also brings specialized experience in integrating and migrating complex cloud solutions across multiple security enclaves.
Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, Tyto Athene is a federal systems integrator that provides digital transformation solutions for defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. The company is backed by Arlington Capital Partners, which focuses on investments in government-regulated industries including aerospace and defense, government services and technology, and healthcare.
The acquisition is intended to further strengthen Tyto’s support for intelligence community partners as agencies continue modernizing their technology infrastructure and cloud environments.
