Uare.ai (formerly Eternos.life) announced that it has raised $10.3 million in seed funding to accelerate the development of its Individual AI platform, which creates personal digital counterparts that reflect a person’s thoughts, communication style, and decision-making processes. The funding round was led by Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures, with participation from strategic investors. The company will use the new capital to expand hiring, enhance platform capabilities, and prepare for a product launch later this year.
Uare.ai is introducing a shift in the AI landscape by moving away from generalized artificial intelligence models that aim to serve broad populations. Instead, the company is focused on building Individual AIs, which are private, self-owned digital models that evolve with a person over time. These models are designed to support presence, creativity, mentorship, and decision-making, while maintaining the security of personal memories, data, and intellectual property.
The platform is powered by the company’s proprietary Human Life Model, a framework that captures a person’s experiences, values, voice, and patterns of reasoning. Rather than replicating language or style superficially, the Individual AI is intended to respond and problem-solve in ways consistent with the person it represents. Early adopters are already using their Individual AIs to expand their reach through AI-generated content and new monetization channels. Uare.ai plans to make these capabilities available to prosumers, creators, and professionals, enabling them to scale their presence and connect with audiences more meaningfully.
The origins of Uare.ai trace back to Eternos, an AI legacy platform created by founder Robert LoCascio to preserve personality and memory for future generations. Uare.ai builds on that foundation by extending the concept into daily life, allowing knowledge, mentorship, and individual presence to be shared in real-time. The company expects to launch the platform officially in Winter 2025 and is currently offering access through a waitlist.
