UBS Adds Brandon Burleigh To Stone Harbor Group In Hartford As Invested Assets Reach $7.3 Trillion

UBS has added financial advisor Brandon Burleigh to its Hartford, Connecticut office, where he will join the Stone Harbor Group as the firm continues expanding its wealth management capabilities in the region.

The Hartford branch is managed by Gabriel D’Amica and operates as part of UBS’s Greater New York Metro Market, which is led by Mara Glassel.

Burleigh joins Stone Harbor Group, a five-advisor team that provides customized wealth management strategies to individuals, families and business owners.

The group works with clients across a range of financial planning and investment needs, including portfolio management, retirement planning, wealth transfer and broader long-term financial strategies.

Burleigh brings several years of experience in the wealth management industry and focuses on building long-term client relationships and developing personalized strategies based on each client’s goals and financial circumstances.

His background is expected to complement Stone Harbor Group’s existing advisory capabilities while expanding the resources available to clients served through UBS’s Hartford office.

Burleigh also brings a military background to the role as a U.S. Army veteran.

In addition, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, which focuses on helping clients navigate retirement planning decisions, and the Certified Financial Planner certification.

The CFP designation is widely recognized within the financial planning industry and covers areas including investment planning, retirement, taxes, insurance and estate planning.

These credentials position Burleigh to advise clients on both investment management and broader financial planning considerations.

His addition comes as wealth management firms continue competing for experienced financial advisors who can maintain deep client relationships while offering increasingly comprehensive financial planning services.

High-net-worth individuals and business owners often require advice extending beyond portfolio construction, including retirement income planning, tax-efficient strategies, estate considerations and succession planning.

By adding Burleigh to the Stone Harbor Group, UBS is strengthening its ability to provide those services through a team-based advisory model.

The appointment also expands UBS’s presence in Connecticut while supporting the firm’s broader Greater New York Metro Market.

UBS remains one of the world’s largest wealth management organizations.

The company reported approximately $7.3 trillion of invested assets as of the second quarter of 2026 and operates across more than 50 markets globally.

Its global scale gives financial advisors access to investment research, portfolio solutions and wealth planning resources that can be incorporated into customized client strategies.

Burleigh’s addition gives the Hartford office another experienced advisor as Stone Harbor Group continues serving individuals, families and business owners with personalized wealth management and retirement planning solutions.
